Experience: 10 to 15 yrs
10-15 years of experience (worked in UAE Oil & Gas Projects at least for 4-5 years is must)
Should have experience in working in Brown Field Projects
Worked with ADNOC group companies Projects will be an added advantage
Worked in EPC Projects is compulsory
BE / Diploma with Material Management certificate
Systems for material database management.
Systematic Management of Warehouse function for easy retreival and material handling
Developing and maintaining a robust material control system for ensuring effective material planning for project execution. Ensure availibility of Material in time
No delay in issuance of material and correct allocation of material as per approved documentation
Visual Inspection of materials on receipt at site and report damages and shortcomings.
Liase with procurement on any action required from suppliers.
Complete insurance formalities where required
Storage of materials as appropriate, allocate and issue material as per approved drg.
Ensure safety norms are complied while handling materials
Create Material Reconciliation Report
Capture surplus material available at site
