Lead IT team for manufacturing unit supporting Paper & Pulp , ITC and Plantations operations
Ensure high availability and uptime of IT Infrastructure and local applications including hardware, network, antivirus, firewall etc. at all times
Implement and support BCP & DRP
Share and implement best practices related to IT at unit.
Manage all local IT projects and applications and support them.
Contract Management of IT Vendors
IT Infrastructure procurement, upkeep and resource optimization
Support existing and future applications
IT Management, Security, Risk & Governance
Qualification
ITIL Certification is desirable
PMP is desirable
B.E ( Computers)
Experience : Need to have around 13 - 17 years experience with minimum 10 years in IT
Should have handled IT Infrastructure & Application Lead role for at least 3 years
Experience in team management
Project Management experience.
Competencies
Oracle Applications financial functional experience.
Strong people skills - able to mediate conflicts - recognize options - propose & implement solutions
Deep knowledge of IT-infrastructure components, function and hierarchy
Need to have basic knowledge on core switches, connectivity, IT security (Gateway & Client both), Servers, Storage (SAN, NAS, tape libraries), Routers, DB etc.
Solid documentation, communication, training skills
Knowledge of Windows, AIX, Intel, Solaris, OEL Platforms.
Mandatory Requirements :1) Infrastructure Management Knowledge
2) Oracle R/12 development & implementation knowledge
This position reports administratively to the Unit Head and functionally to Vice President IT in the corporate office ( New Delhi)
