    Risk Analysis and Mitigation Measures : To review and report on the main contract terms and conditions of tender document for  pre and post award contracts of prospective projects.
    Contractual Communications :-Drafting/Vetting of all critical contractual & legal communications to clients and contractors. Drafting / Vetting of all EPC / Sub Contract Agreements.

    Change Management:  Manage change control procedures and monitor for potential extensions of time, delay and performance and Change of Scope / Variation.

    Cost Analysis and Claims :- EPC Cost vetting for bid, for Change of Scope / variation, Preparation, submission and Follow up for realization of Claims. 

    Dispute Resolution and Arbitration:-  Working along with the Project Team for Dispute Resolution and Assisting Legal during Arbitration and Court Proceedings. 

    Project Closure:- Development and implementation of Project Closure Process including its analysis.
      Engineering graduate with minimum 15+ years experience in Contracts management, must have minimum 8+ years of experience Pipeline Project @ minimum USD 500 million. 
      Overseas experience is must.
