 HSE Supervisor
    Job responsibilities and duties
    1. Preparing risk assessments and related method statements etc
    2. Responsible for preparing all HSE reports.
    3. Responsible for implementing approved HSE plan and procedures at site.
    4. Responsible for HSE audits and ensure adhering with HSE requirements.
    5. Responsible for HSE reports, training, tool-box/gate meetings, JSA and implementation etc
    6. Investigation of HSE incidents and implementing mitigation.
    7. Responsible for all works related to HSE and PTW at site.

    Deliverables
    1. Obtaining Timely approvals of PTW and HSE permits to perform work at site.
    2. Ensure no non-conformity and ensure the team follows the approved HSE procedures and requirements
    3. Ensure team competitiveness and awareness on HSE.
    4. High HSE Records and achieving our HSE Targets.
      Qualification - Any graduate with mandatory diploma or certified courses in HSE.
      Experience - 
      3-5 years of relevant HSE experience in Construction Projects, ELV & Security projects. 
      Having hands-on experience and knowledge on relevant HSE standards.
      Mandatory having minimum of 2-3 year of hands on experience in project HSE works for any of major Oil & Gas, construction works, including ELV & security project executions.
      LEAD Technical Engineer - BMS
          Job responsibilities and duties
          1. Presales :
          a. Responsible for Pre-Sales, estimation, proposals & design works for IBMS projects in all aspects.
          b. Responsible for IBMS consultancy for all type of projects (including retrofit) and value engineered solutions.
          2. Post Award:
          a. Responsible for Detailed Design Engineering, all shop drawings as per site conditions and main contract schedule.
          b. Co-ordinate with project Engineer to generate a Project Schedule.
          c. Preparations of DDC panel drawings in liaise with Draughtsman.
          d. Co-ordinate with Starter Panel vendors & explain the I/O points for BMS connectivity.
          e. Writing programming software for the DDC Controllers & testing of the same.
          f. Explaining the shop drawings and DDC connectivity to site technician & project Engineer.
          g. Onsite, testing and tuning of DDC panels and ensure proper communication to DSM Panels.
          h. Calibrating and testing of field devices at site and advising the project engineer for installation and termination of the same.
          i. Coordinating with 3rd part vendors for 3rd party interface.
          j. Attending client meetings and 3rd party equipment vendors meetings from time to time.
          k. Interacting with the client to understand the Graphics required and creating the customized Graphics in house.
          l. Installing the BMS workstation Software at site, communicating to DDC controller network and linking the objects to graphics.
          m. Linking the 3rd party devices and controllers to the Graphics.
          n. Ensure that all the hardwares & cabling is installed correctly.
          o. Carry out witnessing of test to ensure systems are ready for commissioning.
          p. Prepare and update commissioning program and resolve any problems that may arise.
          q. Attend & Hold pre-commissioning meetings to highlight any constraints.
          r. Carry out electrical commissioning of the control panels (BMS panels) & Starter Panels.
          s. Network and Integration commissioning.
          t. Carry out the final commissioning of the system in the presence of client/consultants Engineer including Input & Output tests. 
          u. Demonstrating the system functional performance to the client/consultant.
          v. Produce information required for O&M manuals. Ensure requirements are met for the handover stage of the project
          w. System hand over and client staff training.
          3. Bench Testing
          a. Testing new products in the companys in house facility.
          b. Demo works
          c. Repair works in liaise with technicians
          4. Post Installation
          a. Provide post ward service & Technical support for the client.
            Qualification - (B.E/ B. TECH Any Specialization, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical).

            8-10 years of prior experience in DDC/PLC controls installation, programming, testing & commissioning for Building management systems for large size air conditioning systems comprising of chillers, pumps, cooling Towers, AHU, FAHU, RTUs, exhaust Fans, dimming & lighting controls with good knowledge of graphics design.

            2 years of Gulf experience as BMS- Commissioning Engineer for BMS is preferred.
            Experience in writing Control Logics & DDC programming for at least two make of controllers is mandatory.
            Experience in third party systems integration (ModBus / M-Bus / BACnet) to BMS is required.
            GCC Driving license, experience in site management & Pre-Sales support works is an added advantage.
            Lead Product Engineer- CISCO
                Key Job responsibilities and duties
                1. Technical focal point & Specialist support with Expert level for all CISCO products & other IT & Networking products for presales (bid design) and post award (including detailed design, configuration and commissioning)
                Also Technical focal point & Specialist support with Expert level for all IT and Networking products, which includes EMC, DELL Servers and Storage products.                2. Presales engineering and all technicalities, Detailed Design Engineering & DID.
                3. Configuration and Commissioning, SAT and client approvals of Cisco Products, EMC/Pivot3/other storage products, Servers and related IT products.
                4. To ensure the system performance to its specifications and tender requirements.
                5. R&D, Service, Repair and all technical works

                Product Certifications from Cisco for Enterprise Network Products are mandatory.
                Experience - 
                Engineering Graduate Product Specialist / Technical expert with minimum 
                8-10 years of relevant PRODUCT SPECIALIST EXPERT LEVEL SUPPORTS, DESIGN, and CONFIGURATION, Testing and COMMISSIONING experience in the following Cisco Products:
                A. Cisco Enterprise Network Products (MANDATORY)
                B. Conferencing
                C. Collaboration End points
                D. Virtual Servers, Unified computing
                E. Storage and Networking
                Through knowledge in designing and commissioning of 10G high availability network backbone with Cisco switches & intelligent structured cabling is mandatory for this position.
                Thorough knowledge in designing and commissioning of Server and storage networks with Dell, EMC, HP, IBM or similar is an advantage for this position.
                In addition, the incumbent MUST have related in-depth knowledge on, Fiber systems, Video wall systems, IP domain, and redundancy operations in connection with ICT systems.
                Technical Head (ELV & Security Systems)
                    Responsible for the Division technical supports for presales, post award and post installation in all aspects.
                    1. Lead the Pre-Sales design and application team: Estimation and optimized bid proposal. Pre-Sales works including product positioning and detailed technical bid submittal. Optimized estimation and successful bid proposal for both commercial and technical aspects.
                    2. Lead the post Award Detailed design team: Responsible as Final Design Authority: Detailed Design Engineering & DID.
                    3. Work as Product Manager & Product Expert supports for the Divn.
                    4. Procurement : Lead the procurement activities of the project including material indents, technical evaluation of bids, review the technical correctness of all procurements and responsible for timely procurements as project requires.
                    5. Lead the Commissioning team: Technical focal point & Product Specialist support with Expert level. Lead the Commissioning, SAT, Training and client approvals including technical handover documentation. Responsible for all high level Integration 
                    6. Integration, R&D : Responsible for High level integration for all projects. R&D, Service supports and all technical works
                    7. Responsible for client handling for technical and conduct training.
                    8. Technical Presentations (both pre-bid and post award)
                    9. After Sales Technical supports: Responsible to support the Customer service team for timely technical supports (both onsite and remote) and repair assistance.
                    Other Key Responsibilities
                    10. Responsible for Quality Audit and QC approvals for the works as per the standards.
                    11. Responsible to check & approve project performance to its specifications and project contractual requirements and client obligations.
                    12. Responsible for regular visit of clients and consultants on behalf of Majees Technical head, and to confirm their satisfaction and ensure the team technical performance meets their expectations consistently.
                    13. Lead the technical review meetings within team and at site with client/consultant.

                      Candidate Profile
                      Qualification - B.E/ B. TECH in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication, IT
                      Experience -

                      Engineering Graduate with 12-15 years of relevant experience in managing major turnkey EPC security projects, and mandatory with minimum of 6 years of Gulf.

                      Experience as Technical Manager atleast 4 years.

                      MANDATORY experience of 3-4 years Oil & Gas Industrial security projects experience, atleast in 3 major Oil & Gas (Or) Petrochemical EPC Security projects as Technical Manager Position. Each project must be minimum value of 10m US$ Integrated Security package (duration not less than 1 year).

                      Technically Sound on all ELV products, should have worked design/project engineer, commissioning during initial phase of the career.

                      Products knowledge like Tyco, Honeywell, UTC, Siemens and latest IP CCTV products, BMS and Fire Fighting, AV systems and security communications are mandatory for this position.

                      Thorough knowledge and experience in IT and Networking is mandatory (Servers, Storage, Active and Passive networking components)

                      Thorough Expert knowledge the below key products & Systems are mandatory for this position

                      The ELV products include Industrial & Commercial CCTV, Integrated high end Access Control, Fire Detection & Fighting, Intruder Alarm, PAVA systems, PAGA,

                      Physical Control Equipment, PIDS, BMS, A/V systems, ISMS, SMATV, VDP, Gate Automation & residential systems, etc.

                      In addition, the incumbent MUST have related working knowledge on IT & Telecom systems inclusive of database management, Fiber systems, Server & Storage systems, Active & passive components, operating systems, IP domain, redundancy operations in connection with ELV systems specified above.

                      The candidate must have handled EPC security jobs inclusive of civil, electrical and telecom works. Civil works such as foundation, trenching, gates, fencing, security control room building and guard house etc. are mandatory.
