Job Description:-   HSE Engineer 

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:-

    Develop the HSE Plan, Methods and Procedures for the Turnaround.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

    1. Prepare a breakdown of all turnaround works into categories of the same nature with similar hazards, and develop a JSAS for each one of the generic activities.
    2. Identify all turnaround works with particular hazards which are not properly assessed by those Generic JSAS, and develop its specific JSA.
    3. With the guidance of Satorp HSE Department he will:-
    • Prepare Turnaround Safety Audit Plan, which shall include Scaffolding Inspections, Confine Space Inspections, Safety walk throughs, Inspection of Equipments Tools & Consumables and PTW Compliance audit.
    • Prepare HSE Awareness and Certifications Plan.
    • Prepare Turnaround Waste Management plan.
    • Develop plan for collecting, processing and disclosing HSE Statistics during the Turnaround.
    • Prepare layout of Turnaround Traffic Control Plan.
    • Prepare Monitoring & Control Plan for Near-Misses, Incidents, Unsafe
    • Acts and Unsafe Conditions
    • Prepare Safety Awards Program
    • Develop SIMOP Activities Matrix
    4. Actively participate in emergency drills conducted during the turnaround.
    5. Support Satorp during the execution to maintain updated HSE Statistics.
    6. Advice proper work practices ensure compliance to relevant standards & HSE policies.
    7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the TAR Planning Manager

    DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Education: B.Sc. or Diploma in Mechanical or Environment Engineering

    Work Experience: Minimum 18 years if experience in an oil and gas context with at least 12 years of experience in a HSE Managements / senior role within the Oil & Gas Industry


    Skills:

    • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Experience in HSE Practices.
    • Familiar with HSE Policy & Procedures of SATORP and CONTRACTOR
    • Minimum two major turnaround as HSE Leader.
    • Experience leading multi-discipline and multi-nationalities teams.
    • Communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Familiar with Local and International Codes and Standards such OHSAS

      Minimum Requirements:

      Minimum 10 years maintenance and turnaround experience in an oil and gas context with at least 5 year experience in a turnaround planning role.

      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment

        Position Name: Turnaround (TAR) Rotating Planner

        Minimum Requirements: Education: B.Sc. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
        Work Experience: Minimum 12 years maintenance of Rotating Equipment (compressors, pumps, gear-boxes, turbines) in an oil and gas context with at least 8 years experience in execution and planning roles.

        Position Name: Turnaround Scheduler

        JOB DESCRIPTION

        PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

        Develop the Turnaround Master Schedule in conjunction with the TAR Planner
        using Primavera Project Planner, create a base-line, and update/monitor the actual progress against the base-line

        KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES

        Participate in the definition of the basic data of the project, i.e., WBS,OBS, Calendars, Phases, libraries, etc.

        Work with TAR Planner to develop the TAR schedule and logic path.

        Responsible for entering and maintaining the detailed job plan data, (job steps, logic, resources, etc.) into Primavera to develop the TAR Master Schedule.

        Perform Turnaround Leveling and Scheduling

        Design and prepare all progress, statistical and technical reports relating to the turnaround. This include all kind of reports issued from the Primavera and other tools; i.e., Milestone Plan, progress report of the planning phase, resources histograms and mobilization plans, critical and sub-critical activities, pre-turnaround plan, S-Curve etc.

        Responsible for issuing the required schedule and resource reports from
        Primavera.

        Responsible for preparing and distributing the look-ahead reports for the daily scheduling meetings.

        Responsible for performing required data queries and generation of the required reports to calculate process and performance.

        Provide analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.

        In conjunction with TAR Planner, identify the causes of major lags between 
        planned and earned/actual progress, document discoveries and suggest pertinent recommendations to catch-up the progress

        Assist to TAR Planning Leader in developing What If scenarios for those
        critical and subcritical works.

        Assist in analysis of cost variances between budget, actual costs and support development of cost forecasts.

        Perform other related duties as assigned by the Tar Planning Manager.

        Work Experience:

        Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Scheduler, having participated in at least five turnarounds within refineries and/or petrochemical plants as TAR Scheduler

        High proficiency in handling Primavera and emitting all kind of TAR
        reports.
        Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry

        Job Description: - Turnaround (TAR) Material Planners 

        PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
        To ensure that all materials required for the completion of the works in the turnaround scope are properly, on-time and accurately reserved in SAP to initiate their procurement by COMPANY.
         

        KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:-


        • Receive BOMS from TAR Planners, identify Material Code and make thereservation within SAP against the right work order number.
        • Initiate cataloguing of materials not include in the SAP Materials Master Data by filling the required form and make it approve by COMPANY responsible.
        • Interact with TAR Planners to clarify any doubt related to materials to be reserved
        • Prepare and propose for COMPANY approval a list of materials items of general use (bulk) expected to be required, but not necessarily associated to a specific equipment or work.
        • Work along with TAR Planner and Warehouse personnel to do the Bag and Tag of the material requested for each Work Order, as part of the Pre-Turnaround activities.
        • During the execution, he will deal with Execution Supervisors, Material Coordinator and Warehouse personnel to ensure availability of materials and the job site when required.
        • Contribute in the preparation of the post-turnaround reports in materials related matter.
        • Perform other related duties as assigned by the TAR Materials Leader

          Job Description:- Material Inspector 

          Purpose of the Job:-

          Materials Inspector is responsible for ensuring that materials received from the
          Vendors comply with the Technical Specification established in the purchase order
           

          Key Accountabilities:-

          • Verify and Validate that quality certification from manufacturer corresponded to the material received.
          • Accept / refuse deliveries after visual inspection to verify the physical conditions, and upon confirmation that the material complies or not with the required technical specifications.
          • Perform PMI and any other required NDT to validate the material of construction correspond with the technical specifications.
          • Support to the Warehouse Technician for the proper preservation of the materials

          DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

          Education: High School Diploma. Level 1 Inspector Certificate
           .

          Work Experience: Minimum 6 years experience as Level 1 Inspector, and 2 years as Materials Inspector. 

          Skills:
          • Visual Inspection
          • PMI Certificate
          • Proficient is MS Office
          • Capable to prepare technical reports
          • Speak and write English fluently
