- Distributor Manager will work directly with distributor in their geographic region to plan their sales and deliveries. Ensure their inventory is correct for the forecasted sales demands.
- Prepare weekly forecasts in line with market demand.
- Provide from distributor daily sales volume and value by channel
- In conjunction with the MENA sales manager, he will set and agree sales and distribution targets for the distributor and monitor achievement of the same. This will be monitored daily with sales by customer.
- Train and develop the salesmen of the distributor to open new accounts, increase sales within existing accounts and develop new business.
- Ensure that the distributor manages the cold chain and that all products are delivered fresh or frozen without any temperature abuse.
