- Responsible for & establishing sales and distribution network for PCP [Personal Care Products] and other products in company's product portfolio across markets in Africa.
- Appointment/Selection of Key Distributors across the Africa region, increase company's market share and product availability in these markets
- New Market expansion
- Working in Individual Contributor role
- Submitting market competition reports, annual sales and marketing plans to International Business Head for the region and driving business volumes
The ideal candidate for this role should have atleast 10+years of international work experience, majority of which in Africa region.
Candidate should need to have good understanding of Africa distribution structure, contacts with Importers, Traders and aware of local market scenario.
MBA Full time degree will be preferred
