JOB DESCRIPTION:
2+ years experience in Oracle database Administration. He should lead all data management functions and participate in the design and implementation of high performance and high reliability databases
Lead or participate in database architecture design and implementation.
Lead or participate in database upgrade process (from Oracle 11g to future releases).
Analyze and resolve or recommend solutions to highly complex technical problems such, as performance issues, reliability issues, and data quality issues.
Build database(s), maintain database baselines, support application requirements, testing and implementations.
Prepare status reports to accurately communicate progress; provide early notification of problems that could affect schedules, or the integrity or availability of data.
Develop support tasks scripts or tools to automate.

Implements appropriate backup and recovery strategies for new database requirements.
Provides comprehensive database monitoring and tuning.
Supports the physical design, creation, and maintenance of appropriate test schemas for development and unit test as well as system and performance testing.
Supports the evaluation and performance testing of software within the system test environment prior to the move into production.
