Responsibilities
- Understand and set up flow and operations for signage manufacturing facility
- Experience working with CNC Router, Metal Break, Shear, Welders, CAD CAM, etc.
- Leadership skills
- Willingness to work in the plant as we as manage it.
- Responsibilities include job estimating, material purchasing and actual signage manufacturing and shipping
-Must be highly organized
- Determine staff requirements, hire and train new staff
- Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy.
- Monitor staff performance, performance review.
- Delegate and allocate staff for work duties
- Monitor and assist staff with work progress
- Evaluate current business processes and systems
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
- Formulate department / unit policies and practices
- Co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
- Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports
- Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
