  • The ERP Administrator is responsible for the day to day administrator of the SAP ERP system. 
    Responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of SAP ERP systems. 
    The position provides operational support for SAP production security incidents and enhancements including role design, authorization errors, user maintenance requests and password resets and SAP GRC system administration. Further, SAP Administrators function as a hybrid between a systems administrator and a database administrator, requiring knowledge related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of both databases and servers.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP System and Data Management.
    • Experience with UNIX and/or Linux, and Windows.
    • Experience with SLD (System Landscape Directory) & SMP (Solution Manager).
    • Proficient with ECC, HR, BW, SRM and Enterprise Portal security

  • SAP ERP Manager
  • The position of SAP ERP Manager implements, designs and maintains ERPs system performance by undertaking system implementation, monitoring and analysis and performance tuning and troubleshooting. Responsible for assessing available technologies and presents architecture designs in order to implement, develop and improve system efficiency, usability and effectiveness in support of core business functions (General Financials, Payroll, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Accounts Payable, Enterprise performance, and BI).
    Lead and assist strategic and tactical solutions design, development, maintenance and enhancements of the technical components of the ERP environment. Acts as an internal consultant providing technical guidance to realize industry best practices and long-term economic viability with a focus on clinical and service excellence. The position has responsibility for managing up to five full time equivalent staff (FTEs).

    Professional/Academic Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Management or related field or equivalent work experience 
    • MBA, Master's degree or equivalent in a business relevant field
    • Any professional association/Membership
    • SAP relevant certifications 
    • Project Management (PMP, Prince2)

    Experience/Knowledge 
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP System Management 
    • At least two (2) End to end Implementations of SAP (Design, UAT, Trainingetc.) and at least on in the Healthcare Industry

    Data Center Engineer
      Duration of Contract: 6 months extendible upto 1 year

      The Data Center engineer is responsible to manage the implementation and the day to day operations of the Data Center and planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of all network components and cabling.

      • At least 6 years of experience in a Data Center operation
      • Experience in healthcare industry (HIPAA)
      • VMware (vSphere and vRealize)
      • EMC Storage Management
      • Backup Management
      • DR planning and execution 
      • Commissioning, testing, QC and handover from contractor 
      • ITIL or best practice methodologies 

      IT Systems Lead
        The position of IT Systems Lead is considered one of the key technical roles of the Information Technology Department and is accountable for all the Infrastructure (Data Center, Virtualization, orchestration, SAN, Backup, Networking, Security, Telephony, IPTV, AV, BMSetc.) and software administration.

        The position is expected to develop the plan to commission, test and handover of the on-site Data Center and all the building systems from the building contractor. Candidate must be capable to develop, implement and manage procedures and processes for capacity planning, risk management, change management, systems utilization, business continuity/disaster recover, and a program to manage the planned replacement of all central systems as required and in accordance with ITIL practices. Candidate will also be involved in the integration design/acceptance of the building systems and managing the vendor performance to implement the Data Center and all the associated applications. 

        The IT Systems Lead has principal responsibility for overseeing the management and operation of the organizations Data Centre and all hosted backend software solutions. The position has responsibility for four full time equivalent staff (FTE).

        Experience/Knowledge 

        Building Commissioning and Handover experience
        GCC experience in building handover activities 
        Building Systems Integration
        At least 10 years of experience in a Data Center operation 
        Experience in healthcare industry (HIPAA).

        Professional/Academic Qualifications 
        Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network or other related field or equivalent work experience.
        Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Data Center or 
        Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Data Center 
        Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Routing) and Switching.
        Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA Collaboration
        MCSE: Server Infrastructure or equivalent 
        VMware Certified Associate or equivalent 
        ITIL or similar
        SAP ERP Business Analyst

            The ERP Business Analyst is responsible for conducting the required user analysis to capture the requirements for the design of the ERP in order to implement, develop and improve system efficiency, usability and utilization. The position requires in depth knowledge of core business functions (General Financials, Payroll, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Accounts Payable, Enterprise performance, and BI). Additionally, an in depth understanding of the technical expertise to implement, administer, maintain, troubleshoot and support such solutions. User adoption, training, and process optimization are key to the role. 

            • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP System Management
            • Experience in healthcare industry
            • Involved in at least one (1) End to end Implementations of SAP (Design, UAT, Training etc.) in the Healthcare Industry
            • Proficient at least in one or of SAP Module (Finance, HCM, Procurement, EPM, BI)
