Required Junior Officer Commercial / Senior Officer Commercial for Transmission line projects for Saudi Arabia
To prepare the invoices of Supply Material, Execution of work and Price Variation bills timely for the- RE Project under RGGVY, FSP, Transmission Line, Substation, ARP-DRP Projects.
Follow ups to Client for collection of payments respectively.
To minimize financial impact due to non-billing of materials & execution of Works.
Debtors Reconciliation.
To ensure/follow up for collection of C-Forms, Extension/Enhancement/Reduction of Bank Guarantees of Projects as per clause.
To ensure Cash Bank & Journal voucher with all supporting documents.
To manage overall account procedure, budgeting, cash flows, project outflows etc.}
To prepare Revenue V/s Cost of projects
To ensure statutory compliance for the projects including liaison with Government Agencies.
Scrutiny of Sub- Contractors Invoices and release their payments & keeping the track of advance payment and security deposits.
To manage the fund of Project for execution.
Bank Reconciliation.
Periodical MIS - Accuracy and appropriateness of accounting data.
