Construction Engineer / Site Coordinator for UAE

Urgent : Supervising Construction Engineer / Site Coordinator (Upstream Projects) @ Dubai , UAE 

Our client is reputed Oil & Gas company , They are urgently looking for Supervising Construction Engineer / Site Coordinator (Upstream Projects ) @ Dubai 

Educational Qualification 
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (I&C, Electrical or Mechanical)
• Good PC skills (office software such as MS-Excel, MS-Word etc. 
• Familiarity with Planning Software &/or Construction Completion Systems will be a plus.)
• Good command over spoken & written English

Work Experience 

• 12 to 15 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 + years experience with Engineering Contractor / Consulting Companies / Operating Companies
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Oil & Gas project sites (as Site Engineer, Construction Support Engineer, Commissioning Support Engineer, Construction or Commissioning Manager)
• 2 years minimum Supervisory experience as Lead Engineer, Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, Construction Or Commissioning Manager, etc.

Technical Skills 
• Competence (excellence) in a suitable engineering discipline contributing to EPC projects within the Oil & Gas industry, with emphasis on Upstream Projects & Operations.
• Demonstrable skill in Project & Engineering Management.
• Leadership & coordination skills within multi-discipline & multi-cultural organizations; ability to relate to diverse groups: project, contractor, client management, site supervisors & tradesmen alike.
• Firm understanding of site HSE management & zero tolerance for non-compliance with HSE rules & regulations.
• Familiar with a wide variety of the concepts, practices, standards, & procedures common to oil & gas projects as specifically applicable in the MENA region.
