Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration
8 years' experience in areas of managing social clubs
Candidate should have experience in social clubs operation management including social & sports activities and restaurants. Selected candidate must speak both Arabic and English fluently.

Primary Purpose of the Job
To manage and supervise the provision of administrative and operational activities of the COMPANY club, including managing sales functions, planning and coordinating events, directing work of contractor staff etc., to ensure that the club functions as per COMPANYs rules and regulations
Principal Accountabilities
Manage successful operation of the Club which combines fitness and social facilities and a restaurant.
Prepare and propose the related budgets, monitor financial performance and manage the cost effective so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues.
Introduce new incentives and attractions to the members in food and activities.
Manage and direct the provision of administrative and general services.
Plan and implement the events calendar for the club.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and Club members, ensuring that all equipment and services are fully functional.
Manage and maintain all club membership files and paperwork.
Manage the performance, motivate staff and resolve problems.
Prepare timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to the committee on memberships, activities and proposed modifications to meet department requirements, policies and standards.
