Required Marketing Manager/ Business Development Manager for our in house Recruitment (Al-Sofi Group) in Gulf Country

Candidates must have Strong Experience in Overseas Recruitment Industry.

Expert Human Resource, Business Development For International Recruitment And Administration Professional
Human Resource Management

Recruitment and selection (short listing, sourcing, staffing, on boarding, organizing interviews).
Resource mobilization, motivation and training.
Performance appraisal and mentoring.
Developing human relationship and subordinate development.

Responsibilities:

Conducting marketing plans / research on services positioning. Examining services specification, quality requirements and clients expectations. Managing relationships with industry associations.

Preparing Cost Sheet and associating for the bidding of all manpower related tenders/contract with the Managing Director.

Job Location: - Any Where in Gulf Country (Dubai/Saudi/Kuwait/Oman/Qatar)

Min 10 years Experience in International Recruitment
