- Maintain the entry and exit of all workers within the site inclusive of subcontractor and company labor.
Review and sign off on timecards submitted by supervisors in their designated areas
Compiles employees' time and production records, using calculator or computer Reviews timesheets, and timecards for completeness.
Should be able to fill time cards and generate report.
Maintaining complete time sheet details related to vehicle movements, men and materials in and out at site/office premises.

Store Assistant
- To make Material Receiving Report (M.R.R.)
Co-ordination with project execution team for project planning and Raw-Materials requirements.
Co-ordination with purchase department for receiving Raw-Materials as per construction planning.
Maintain the Raw-Materials inventory.
To make all types of documents in stores departments like Gate pass, Indent, Inventory reports, Stock registers.
To follow for Raw-material issue procedures.
To make Goods Receive Note (GRN)
Co-ordination with Engineers & Contractors for weekly / monthly Raw-Materials requirements.

- Safety Warden / Safety Supervisor
- Promote a positive health and safety culture on site
Establish and maintain health and safety registers, checklists and maintain health and safety files and records
Assess all potential health and safety hazards and risks and communicate to relevant parties for action
Conduct safety inductions for all persons attending site
Conduct health and safety inspections and walks on site, communicate actions and ensure close out of actions
Record and report safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are taken
Promote safe work practices and procedures
Conduct safety induction, tool box meetings and safety training for personnel at site and organize training for engineers and supervisors technicians/ laborers.
Guide site staff in the implementation and adherence to the Health, Safety and Environment Plan
Be constantly alert for any unsafe conditions and act immediately to rectify them
Compile safety records and statistic for the site and submit a regular report
Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards,
to ensure compliance.
Inform the project management team and supervision of any new or conflictive legislative matters that could impact the project.

- Construction Mechanic
- Carry Out regular inspections, checkups on equipment owned by company and provided for the purpose of SERVICES
Capable to handle heavy equipments (showel, loadall, bobcat) maintenance.
Should have carried out diesel, petrol, hydraulic repairs and associated electric repairs.
Carry Out preventive maintenance of equipment on quarterly, six-monthly and yearly basis at the response bases and stockpiles, according to company instructions and preventive maintenance scheduled.
Carry out breakdown maintenance of equipment, as and when required
Refurbishment of oil spill equipment as and when required
Assist in commissioning of oil spill equipment, as and when required
Assist with the mobilization and demobilization of equipment during oil spill response operations, Drills, equipment familiarization and operational exercises;
Completion of required records and reports as required
Take an active part in Toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), risk assessment and any
other safety duty they are deemed capable of by the Base Supervisor

- AC Technician
- Air conditioning technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Some typical job duties of air conditioning technicians include reviewing blueprints, testing systems for proper functioning, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
The individual may also record data when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment, fuel consumption and hours of operation.
Respond to calls from internal customers issues on air conditioners within site/office premises
Test installed air conditioners to ensure that they are in proper working condition
Repair air conditioning units by performing analysis and troubleshooting activities
Perform maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning
systems
Replace AC systems that are not in a fixable condition.
Air conditioning technicians must recover and properly dispose of refrigerants when servicing air conditioning equipment since refrigerants can be harmful to the environment.
- ITI with minimum 5 Plus years of experience in industrial, residential and commercial settings background is preferable.

Candidates should have minimum 7 plus years is preferred.

- PIPE Fabricator
- A pipe fabricator reads and interprets blueprints and product specifications to determine which equipment and tools will be required to complete the work.
Utilizing a variety of tools, he then fabricates and assembles piping products following quality control procedures to ensure the products meet the required specifications.
Able to read and interpret isometric piping drawings, plots plan and P& ID's.
Fabricates from spool or isometric drawings pipe spool pieces associated supports and fitments to meet pre & final assembly. Selects, measures, cuts & installs underground.
Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy
- ITI with minimum 3 Plus years of experience in construction industry is preferable.

- In this role you will have the following responsibilities
Carrying out ducting Installations as per approved drawings
Following correct installation practices, Standards and safety Measures

Following safe working practices and encourage junior -workers to ensure high productivity
Targeting Zero safety violation, in terms of PPE and works carried out at site
Ensuring daily completion schedule is achieved and reported back to the respective supervisor
