This Position will be on our business associate roles at Tabuk / Dammam-KSA
1.Having good experience in installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems applications, printers and scanners associated with laboratory and manufacturing instruments/equipments (Quality control instruments and Production department machines)
2.Having good experience for troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
3.Having experience in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
4.Having experience to supporting the roll-out of new IT applications and tools.
5.Having good experience to manage the GMP related IT projects in Laboratory and Manufacturing area.
6.Having experience in setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
7.Having experience to handle and manage the backup activity for the GMP computerized system.
8.Interacting with staff or cross functional team members through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. And providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
9.Having knowledge in pharmaceutical regulations like US FDA, EU GMP, SFDA.
10.Prepare and implement IT related policies and procedures (SOP) and ensure the compliance.
11.Having knowledge good documentation practice and maintain IT related documents as per internal SOP.
12.Having knowledge about softwares related to manufacturing and laboratory such as EMS, BMS, Empower, SCADA. 2D and Serialization process, SAP PM and SOLMAN modules, DMS (Document Management System).
13.Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems, Quality System (Change control, CAPA,..).
14.Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a IT support team in life science (Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing companies) domain with having experience in IT compliance.
- Administrating and troubleshooting of computerized system in Laboratory and manufacturing area.
- MS-Office (word, Excel and power point).
- Ability to communicate with others.
- Knowledge of preparing financial reports.
