• Manage the training and development function in all the resorts, ensuring a high level of facilitation, course design, needs analysis, follow up and administration as per CCR standards and policies.
  • Research, design and develop training programs based on annual needs assessments. This may include developing new courses and training material.
  • Facilitate training as per resort training programs in all CCR resorts. Training consists of both on the job and classroom training and is to be carried out in close co-operation with the relevant departmental Managers.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training interventions to ensure they add value to business strategy, goals and objectives.
  • Supervise the work of Assistant Training & Development Manager and Trainers. Quality assure all training to ensure high standards are maintained and consistent throughout all resorts.
  • Administer, coordinate, monitor and follow up on all aspects of the CCR Sponsorship Program and Graduate Management Training Programme. Ensure the welfare of sponsored students in terms of proper accommodation, sufficient and timely allowances, etc.
  • Maintain good working relationships with local and international universities and colleges, motivate, encourage and monitor progress of sponsored students.
  • Coordinate and monitor all external training for all Resorts
  • Arrange industrial placements and internships for sponsored students.
  • Identify the training and development needs within the company.
  • With the assistance of departmental Managers complete training plan monthly and annually.
  • Prepare career development plans for local staff
  • Prepare the training budget for the company.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly training report to Chief Executive Officer
