Qualification: Safety Awareness, Diploma in chemistry is preferable.
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in Water Treatment Plant, Swimming pool, Fountains, has knowledge in water acceptance criteria, use instrument of testing.Maintains trouble shoots problems and repairs power lines and pipes of swimming pool equipment, filters, pump stations and water distribution network, ensuring compliance with the task.Familiar in material related to water treatment (chlorine, Acid, etc..)
Senior Technician - Water Treatment / Laboratory
Qualification: Diploma
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years maintenance experience in related field.
Maintain water treatment plant systems including filtering and chemical treatment processes.
Inspect and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and valves.
Ensure that all chemicals are stored, handled and used, safely, effectively and economically, in line with company requirements.
Inspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations
Senior Technician - H.V.A.C. / Controls
Qualification: Diploma
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years maintenance experience in related field.
Maintain repair and program VFDs.
Troubleshooting, repair, and replacing circuit breakers, contactors, relays, fuses and electrical protection of deferent types.
Maintain the power distribution of the MCCs panels (Motor Control Centers).
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble MCCs using precision measurement’s tool.
Dealing with electronic boards.
HVAC Technician
Qualification: Diploma in HVAC
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years maintenance experience in related field.
Maintain and repair cooling systems, including, refrigeration units, AHUs, DDC system, cold room, climate control, compressors, motors and pumps.
Maintain and repair humidifiers and dehumidifiers.
Maintain and repair ACU (air cooling unit), FFU ( FAN Filter Unit), FPB (Fan Power Box).
Maintain and repair Actuators , valves , cleaning strainers …
Able to maintain Air quality requirements inside buildings.
Senior Technician - Electronics / Fire & Alarm Systems

Aability to work flexible hours including on call rotation.

Knowledge of Simplex 4100ES and GE est 3 systems.
Knowledge of VESDA system.
