•Accountancy trained and fully capable of carrying out all duties of an accountant
•A person who has held a senior role before in a manufacturing/distribution environment. Very important – I don’t want applications from audit personnel
•Experience of managing subordinates and producing high performance teams
•Experience of looking after warehouse staff
•Experience of looking after drivers
•Experience of Office Management in the wider sense. I don’t want an accountant applying without this relevant experience
•Experience of maintaining tight credit control with customer accounts in a professional manner.
•Experience of generating senior management reports on a daily/weekly/monthly and annual frequency
5+ years experience
