Informatica certified professional with minimal 4 years of experience in implementing Data Integration/ Data Quality solutions with an overall experience of 5 years implementing ETL / DWH / BI projects
Successfully implemented complete end-to-end Data Warehousing project
Experience working in Production support projects
Experience in performing data warehouse ETL development tasks for large projects (ETL development, stored procedures development, SQL optimization)
Extensive experience with Informatica ETL development and application troubleshooting, workload management, performance tuning. Experience working with high volume transactions is desired
Experience in developing and implementing best practices in ETL specifics to process control, exception management in an EDW environment
Experience in developing and implementing complex maps on a high data volume project (multiple TB of data) in large scale data conversion effort
Good understanding of data design principles, models, schemas and methodology of the Data warehousing/Data marts
Experience in understanding the source applications, business expectations and design the Integration logic
Proven history of providing support/maintenance to Data Integration project
Experience working with multiple applications with Oracle, Sybase and SQL Server as databases
Previous experience working with Power Exchange real time CDC in developing ETL mappings as well as understanding the listener/logger processes
Ability to understand key operational issues and recommend/ implement rules to set up alerts using Informatica proactive monitoring solution
Ability to integrate DVO testing with ETL batches
Previous experience working with web services and develop ETL jobs to extract data using web service requests
Experience working in Linux Operating System
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations
Customer facing profile with excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills and optimization technique
Strong understanding of best practice methodology
Commitment to milestones, deadlines and service levels
Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines and work under tight timelines
