We are hiring Area Manager for one of the renowned restaurant at Oman.
Salary: 1500 OMR / Month as package (onwards based on experience)

Job description:
- Responsible for overseeing 10-15 Store’s Operations.
- Involving in acquisition of new branches.
- Actively involving with business development team in identifying new locations for business expansions.
- Negotiating rent & agreements with the landlords and the real estate consultants and favouring company’s interest.
- Coordinating with the projects team and ensuring the new stores are opened as per the layout/design standards.
- Maintaining good rapport with the respective store’s landlord.
- Ensuring all the equipments in my stores are working efficiently by coordinating with maintenance team regularly.
- Visiting and crosschecking the AMC procedures of equipments.
- Taking action to address underperforming stores.
- Training & development sessions for employees.
- Involved in the setting of sales and financial targets.
- Oversee each store location and monitor and report on performance.
- Comprehending, interpreting and analyzing sales figures.
- Ensuring presentation and compliance in stores are up to company standards.
- Arranging and chairing team meetings to discuss strategy.
- Implement a retail plan for my area in line with company strategy.
- Having overall responsibility for marketing, media exposure and press releases in my designated area.
- Mediating and resolving disputes between customers or suppliers and the company
