- Commercial & Legal Officer - Kuwait
1. Should have Worked in the Oil & Gas Industry.
2. Versed in initiation of MOUs, NDAs, Agency Agreements, Contracts and Sub-Contracts specifically related to (FIDIC) .
3. International Laws including LCIA .
4. Able to absorb and study Kuwait Commercial Law and Kuwait Labor Law.
5. Generating and understanding Turn Key Projects Contracts, EPC Contracts ,P&C Contracts and Engineering Contracts.
6. Involved in Negotiations and Claim Solving.
Qualification : Under-graduate with additional degree / diploma in Law or Degree in Law
Experience : 5 to 7 years having exposure in the above said requirement.
Salary : KD 500 - 700
