Qualification : B.E/ Diploma Mechanical
Experience : Min 15 Yrs
Job Description : - Overall responsibility for resource, production planning and execution to meet the goal of productivity maximization and wastage minimization. - Implementation of Quality program including spot audit, root – cause analysis and implementation of remedial actions - - Handling customer complaints and coordination with the technical team to identify and solve the technical problems - Acting as head of maintenance team, setting up schedules for preventive maintenance and develop best practices for preventive maintenance. Ensure good health of the plant and machinery - Develop factory budgets and ensure that the Company’s goals are met. - Negotiate with contractors and suppliers - Liaising with the management and employees to maintain harmonious relationship within the factory - Team developing - Understanding of ISO System would be essential to maintain the ISO certification of the Company - Should have strong drive, good self-initiative and motivation to continuously strive for improvements.
Salary : Up to USD 3500/-
