Multiple Construction Vacancies in Oman

1. Draughtman - MEP 

Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering with 5 7 years work experience in MEP for buildings. Prepare Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage and HVAC drawing including ducting layout shop drawings, Sizing Calculations. Work with site engineer and project manager to prepare shop drawing schedule. Material quantity take offs from existing drawings. Prepare other related technical drawings. Lighting Illumination calculations, cable sizing, DB schedule, Head load calculations.

2. QS - MEP 

Graduate Mechanical engineering with 5 7 years work experience in MEP works for Villas, High Rise Buildings. Prepare Monthly invoicing, Prepare Cost Control sheets, Budgets. Work with site management to prepare monthly quantities, submit invoices with related supporting documents. Follow up with Client / Consultants for Payment Certificates, release of payments, Identify Variations and submit claims. Monitor milestones, submit time extensions, claim variations - prelims as per contractual obligations

3. Estimator - MEP 

Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical engineering with 5 - 7 years work experience in estimation of MEP projects for Villas, High Rise Buildings. Responsible for ensuring material take offs, timely submission of tenders, identify potential variations, Value Engineering. Interpret Tender specs correctly, propose substitutes. Prepare technical & commercial comparisons, Costing & estimation sheets, Prelims. Follow up on tenders submitted, an eye for prospective tenders. 

4. Supervisor - Electrical 

Dip. In Electrical with 6-8 years in experience in Building MEP works, Structured cabling, ICT, CCTV, iBMS etc.

5. Supervisor - Mechanical 

Dip. In Mech. 6-8 years Experience in HVAC, Plumbing & FF works related to multi-storied buildings. Should be able to coordinate other utilities, interact with Clients at site, plan material & manpower resources.

6. Cable Jointer 

Raychem approved 11kV Jointer, preferably with DCRP approval

7. Foreman - Electrical 

ITI Certificate 3-5 years experience in Infrastructure works - Substations, MEP for high rise buildings, Villas, quantify installation items, coordinate with other services

8. Foreman - Plumbing 

ITI Certificate, 5 years experience in Plumbing works for Multi-storied buildings, quantify, coordinate work plan and materials.

9. Electrician 

ITI with 2-3 years experience in Building wiring, cable glanding & terminations

10. Plumber 

ITI with 2-3 years experience in Multi-storeyed buildings, HDPE Thermo welds etc.

11. AC Technician 

ITI with 2-3 years experience in ducted split units

12. Ducter 

ITI with 4-5 years experience in fabrication of P I / GI duct work, material take off & installation of VCDs,CVs etc

13. Skilled Helper 

10th Standard with 2-3 years experience in building MEP works

14. Store Keeper / Time Keeper 

Graduate with knowledge of MEP construction items / Basic working knowledge on Computers, Store experience with MEP company

15. Operations Controller 

Dip in Electrical or Mechanical Engg., with 5-6 years of experience in Constructions
