Position: CBTC Communication Engineer
- Elaboration of concept, architecture- and design descriptions of the communication systems
- Clarifying market requirements and available technologies
- Definition of used technologies like 4G/5G, WiFi, LoRa, NB-IoT
- Creation and review of requirement and functional specifications for communication functionality (data tunnels) and their interfaces to CBTC subsystems
- Selection and management of partners and suppliers
- Elaboration of test specifications for system / subsystems / SW and interfaces from communication perspective
- Realisation of tests systems and execution of model based and HIL tests
- Integration and commissioning of the systems in the field
- Elaboration of bids and system descriptions
