    Job Description: 

    • The Production Support Team Manager will be responsible for directing staff within the offshore production support team and coordinate the support activities across Tier1, Tier2 & EOC team.
    • Position will interface with a variety of groups including Onsite Production support team, offshore development teams, vendors, clients etc.
    • Must be a SPOC for the Client for overall Production support operations and internal SPOC for Delivery Head and Account/Engagement Manager.
    • Leads and coordinates the activities of all onsite/offshore team along with the individual team supervisors.
    • Manage team conflicts and resolves it efficiently and effectively
    • Have a reasonable understanding of IT Operations.
    • Solid IT operations management and performance management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, build positive business relationships, and influence collaboratively across the business

    • Authorizes and oversees application releases, support, plans support activities, and establishes and monitors progress.
    • Adheres to the established processes/ methodologies and practices and also build processes as desired.
    • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
    • Experience managing high performing teams. Includes: annual evaluations, hiring, counselling, mentoring, training, and other management activities. 
    • Confers with and advises staff on standards, policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods.
