- Operations Manager
To manage the assets of the company in such a way as to secure maximum profitability in the long term, consistent with legal obligations and the welfare of all the companys employees.
The Operations Managers duties include:
Managing the companys resources to ensure that the customers needs are met;
Liaise with customer representatives and maintain good customer relations;
Review customer enquiries and help to prepare quotations;
Assist in the preparation of customer invoices;
Assist in interviewing and hiring of new staff and carrying out disciplinary measures;
Review existing levels of equipment and that sufficient numbers are available to meet customer requirements;
Ensure annual personnel reviews are carried out;
Promote the companys quality objectives at all levels within the company;
Have due regard for the Health, Safety and welfare for all subordinate members of staff,
Promote the Companys Health Safety and Environmental objectives within the Company
To manage the internal training and certification of survey personnel through the companys Written Practice;
