POSITION : INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE
AGE : 35
Salary in QAR - 5500 - 6500
Conduct internal audit testing of specified areas and other fieldwork for audit assignments. Identify reportable areas and dimensions of risks.
Functional Responsibilities
Discuss scope of review with Audit Manager
Conduct dip stick reviews and other surprise checks.
Draft complete and comprehensive report of the audit areas.
Assist in other audit projects as assigned by the Audit Manager
Preparing Internal audit report for the relevant organization within the allocated time period and meet the objective of the audit plan.
Provide both management and the audit committee with an opinion on the internal controls in respect of the organizational process.
Monitor/conduct Physical verification of inventory.
Maintain respectful and effective communications and relationships with management and staff of areas under review.
Day to day supervision of activities and observe that work is in accordance with the design plans and specification.
Assist Audit Manager in Plans financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits.
Assist the Audit Manager in conducting risk assessments and identification of controls in place to mitigate risks
Documents the results of audit work in accordance with audit department and international bench marked standards.
Assist the audit manager in carrying out investigation and other Analytical reviews.
Prepares timely reports for management.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant or Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant or Experienced graduate.
With 4 8 years of working experience on a similar position with background in Food and beverage industry.
Good Inter-personal and relationship building skills.
Be adaptable and able to meet deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands and to work with all Excellent English Communication skills both Speaking & writing.
Proficient in MS Office software.
