- Required Skill Set:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration is preferred.
Must be achieving Minimum 5 Cr sales (average 40 Lac per month) Sales in last one year.
Must be achieving 30+ Sales order per month in last one year
Must be managing 4+ sales and pre-sales executives in last one year.
Sales territory must not be bigger than one State.
10+ years experience in sales management/ direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans, proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering on sales strategies and targets.
Responsibilities:
Setup Sales Team monthly, Quarterly and yearly targets and work with them to achieve and exceed consistently.
Payment collection Management - and keep the Outstanding within 30 days credit limit.
Marketing management - Develop monthly and Quarterly Marketing plans and execute them regularly with the help of sales and marketing team.
Vendor management for all purchase
HR Management of all sales and Technical team
Gross Profit optimization and realization Management and achieving the same on monthly basis consistently.
