- Preparing monthly payment certificate, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.o Use re-measure information to assess the revenue and cost for variations and contractual claims
Experience of working within a site based project team.
Conduct accurate measurement for the subcontracted scope of works.
Performing risk and value management and cost control.
Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
Ensure the subcontractors productions are linked with the project site program.
Compare subcontractors output with the project production rates.
Assist with the comparison of re-measure quantities to the tender BOQ to get over/under measures
Basic understanding/application of re-measurement techniques.
