    Reporting to: Chief Retail Officer

    No. of Reportees: 3 Streams (CRM+ Mobile app, Social Media & Web, Business Analytics)

    Job Responsibilities:

    Drive end to end strategy, design & delivery of CRM & Customer Analytics.
    Design & develop additional touch points (Web, Mobile application, Social Media etc.) & work with other stakeholders on developing next generation CRM roadmap
    Passionate in building Analytics, BI products and Data Science practice for Retail markets to multifold revenues
    Building strategies and predictive models to gauge consumer behavior to strengthen customer retention, loyalty
    Manage Customer Insights & Analytics for all participating categories & Formats.
    Create new analytical frameworks to create Action-Oriented Insights
    Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior & product categories across participating formats to provide thought leadership on identifying & recommending opportunities across formats & category specific initiatives
    Responsible for Conceptualizing, deployment & Analytics of Intelligent campaigns for all participating formats;
    Manage communication (& channels) to Loyal customers for all formats
