Job Location: Oman ( Direct Company Payroll, Urgent opening)
Maintaining Log sheets of each joint.
Overseeing preparation of Hydrotest and Client coordination for Test Preparation and Reporting.
Co-ordination with Client, Reporting and Documentation.
Studying Isometrics, General Layout, Plans, Flow Charts, etc. for execution purpose & updating modifications made at the site.
Make Execution Plan for executing work within the Time schedule as per Project requirement.
Material quantity takes off from the drawings.
Verification of dimensions, fit-up, joint preparations in compliance with the applicable Project Specifications, Standards and Drawings.
Perform surveillance visits / inspection during Lamination, Bonding activities to verify and ensure the compliance with the specified procedures, including maintenance of documents, logsheets, etc.
Verification to ensure that valid certificates are obtained and only approved Bonders / Laminators are processing Fabrication, Field Joints.
Visual inspection and dimensional check of completed spools, etc. incase required against the specifications, requirements and drawings.
Witnessing and monitoring of Hydrotest activities as per approved procedure and applicable standards.
