    Designation: Sales Manager 

    Educational Qualification: University Degree holder 

    Total Exp: At least 5 to 7 years background in a distributor/ multinational FMCG business & 3 years expertise in sales management, people management.

    This role ensures the divisions top line (sales budget) is achieved in line with principal/ customer satisfaction through a motivated sales team. This second line management role leads supervisors towards achieving the short to medium term multi functional department goals. Liaises with the suppliers market managers in devising marketing tactics and marketing spend. Negotiates with customers on the allocated marketing spend .Address stock listing, availability, visibility and expiry issues within prescribed guidelines. Liaises with the logistics function to ensure timely clearing, storing and delivery of stock .Responsible for debt recovery and provides support to accounting team for reconciliations. Provides direct supervision to subordinates including objective setting, performance management, and motivating, as well as training and coaching. Management responsibility encompasses only the sales working group. Provides insights from knowledge acquired through multiple data sources such as Essbase, EPOS, Market reports (AC Nielson) to ensure forecast accuracy, ROI and devising key account plans and distribution. Analyze market trends to provide inputs for new agency evaluations. Responsible to ensure inventory levels as per the guidelines .Responsible for stock rotation. Provides inputs towards the short and medium term strategic planning process for the division . Facilitates the achievement of short term and medium term strategic goals of the division

    Designation :- Sales Executive PCP (Prime Consumer Product) / IA(International Agencies)

    Qualification :-Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent. University Degree holder preferred

    Experience At least 2 years background in a distributor/ multinational FMCG business

    Qatari/ GCC driving license Added Advantage 

    This individually contributing role ensures the distribution and visibility of products in Super Markets/ Self Service stores as per Principal / Division Guidelines and is responsible in achieving the allocated monthly Sales. Interfacing with Customer second / third line management levels for in-market executions Negotiates with customers on the allocated marketing spend .Address stock listing, availability, visibility and expiry issues within prescribed guidelines. Liaises with the logistics function to ensure delivery of stock .Responsible for debt recovery and provides support to accounting team for reconciliations. Guiding and Supervision of Merchandiser on floor. Reading and understanding of Customer Sales Analysis Agency / Brand and ROI. Provide in-market information such as RSP surveys, Competition activity and display pictures. Creativity in displays within set guidelines by Brand owners. Responsible for ensuring adequate stock availability on shelf 24/7. Maintain the Visibility as per KAP / SOM .Maintain freshness of stock in Stores. Responsible for stock rotation. Work within allocated Trade Spend. Increase the SOS in Key Accounts with KAP or as per SOM in line with Brand Owners strategy .
