Planner
- Support each project's management team to provide an effective integrated schedule monitoring program.
Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed project schedules for individual projects with Microsoft Projects.
Analyze schedule information and provide project teams with recommended corrective action to ensure projects meet required in service dates.
Prepare detailed schedule reports as required (i.e. critical paths view, baseline vs. actual view, look ahead view, milestone view, "what-if" scenarios, etc.).
Develop, coordinate and maintain status reporting and executive dashboards for the financial aspects and schedules for projects including performance indices such as CPI, SPI, and other Key Performance Indices (KPI's)
Gathers and analyzes information to prepare reports on the progress of projects
Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and plans.
Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the construction development.
Keep the client team up to date on progress to present to the client.
Present information for internal meetings on the project.

- Construction Manager
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Review the work progress on daily basis
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
