We are leading Sports Equipment Distribution Groups of South East Asia and South Asia, with headquarter in Singapore. We represent some well know sports equipment and accessories brands such as YONEX, MIKASA, ASCOT and DAL etc. We are arranging OEM manufacture & are actively marketing YONEX range of sports footwear as well as our home brand footwear in various territories under our jurisdiction
- Reporting directly to the Management, the selected candidate will:
- Develop and execute a regional marketing plan for assigned markets.
- Develop and executive market wide promotions and programs to drive sales and improve market share.
- Maintain a regional calendar including but not limited to events, activities, collaborations and promotions.
- Suggest and put up to management new marketing and sales promotion plans for wider reach and sales growth.
- Work with team to arrange regional market research, study competitions data and present strategies to the management for profitability and business growth.
- Cultivate subject matter expertise in marketing and communication platforms to drive growth.
- Track all sales and marketing data and collaborate with cross functional teams ie. Creative, brand promotion, sales and legal teams to drive promotion strategies. Set up a tracking system to periodically monitor the desired vs actual market positioning.
- Review sales performance and re-direct/ adjust marketing campaigns, wherever, necessary, to ensure achieving growth in business and profitability.
- Develop and run the Customer Relationship Management Program and drive quality and quantity in the same.
- Masters Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Mass Communications
- Relevant experience of 7 - 10 years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work with tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
- Resourcefulness in solving problems.
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
