- Qualification: CA, Must have at least one year of post qualification experience
- Having working knowledge of day to day accounting/finance, AS-7 and financial statement.
Job Description:
- Responsible for preparation of financial statement and get them audited from the auditor for the Joint venture and foreign operations.
- Actively involve in Statutory audit and internal audit to meet their requirement and resolve the queries.
- Responsible for maintaining Fixed assets register in compliance with Companies Act.
- Involve in day to day interunit reconciliation.
- Preparation of bank stock statement on monthly basis.
- Responsible for preparation for various information and details for Management.
- Help in preparation of financial statement and notes to accounts of the company
