We are looking for Multiple positions are as follow for Qatar Location .
Positions:
Plant Inspector
o The incumbent shall have minimum ten (10) years experience in a similar capacity in the Oil and Gas industry and be familiar with the duties and responsibilities of a Plant/ Piping/ Tank Inspector as noted in API 510/570/ 653 particularly in a Shutdown situation. Hold API 510/ 570/ 653 as required for minimum of five (5) years.
Welding Inspector
o The incumbent shall have minimum ten (10) years experience in the Oil and Gas related business. He shall have proven experience of in-plant/ construction welding inspection on Oil/ Gas process facilities particularly in a Shutdown situation. Hold CSWIP 3.2.2 for minimum of three (3) years. He shall demonstrate ability to interpret Radiographs.
Painting Inspector
o The incumbent shall have minimum of ten (10) years painting experience. The incumbent shall possess a minimum NACE Certified Coating Inspector Level 2, BGas CSWIP Level 2 or ICORR Level 2, for a period of at least five (5) years
Refractory Supervisor
o The incumbent shall have minimum ten (10) years experience in a similar capacity in the Oil and Gas industry and be familiar with the duties and responsibilities of a Refractory/ Plant/ Piping/ Tank Inspector as noted in API 936/ 510/ 570/ 653 particularly in a Shutdown situation. Hold API 936/ 510/ 570/ 653 as required for a minimum of five (5) years.
NDT Technician
o OND Mechanical Engineer or Equivalent Qualification followed by four (4) year formal training in relevant discipline/ NDT Techniques. He shall possess minimum NDT Qualification Level II PCN 3.2 (Plate & Pipe) Ultrasonic, SNT level II Shearwave Ultrasonics, MPI, DPI or ASNT level II and shall have held this qualification for a minimum period of five (5) years. SNT Personnel Qualifications shall be certified by an independent approved SNT Level III Technician or ORYX GTL
SD Coordinator
o API 510, 570, 653 certificate, ASNT/PCN Level III qualifications in Ultrasonics, Eddy Current Testing with current or previous ASNT/PCN Level II in TOFD, Radiography, MT & PT would be treated preferentially. HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
o Shutdown experience for minimum ten (10) years in oil & gas is compulsory.
o The person should have experience in managing, tracking, mobilizing manpower and equipment. Experience in RLIC & ORYX GTL gate pass procedure and mandatory requirement is an advantage.
o Person shall have experience in onsite coordination of Inspection team for work activity planned during minor or major shutdown in the plant.
