Foreman - Erection (Precast):
Responsibilities:
Foreman Erection is responsible for determining feasibility of heavy lifting operation at construction sites by inspecting lifting equipment's, lifting locations and allocating manpower.
Individuals in this job role execute heavy lifting by ensuring safe condition of rigging gears/ tools used for the job and providing signals to the lifting equipment operator for appropriate handling and placing of heavy load to desired location as per work plan.
The job role is also responsible for erection of structural steel/ RCC precast units as per drawing and implementation of safety norms as applicable to heavy lifting and erection operations.
Education - ITI/ Diploma/ High school
Experience required - 5 - 10 years
This job role requires the individual to be physically and mentally fit to act as a head of a crew of erectors, riggers, executing heavy lifting and erection works at construction sites.
The individual should be having considerable domain expertise and factual knowledge to plan, organize sequence activities and allocate resources according to the work requirement.
Foreman - Finishes
The candidate will be responsible for the over all construction ofinterior finishing projectsassigned. The successful candidate must possesstheknowledge, experienceandconfidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and client while successfully directing the projects coordinator, Finishing coordinator and finishing engineers . Candidate mustbe professional and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company.
Responsibilities:
Adhering to the project schedule.
Closely work with subcontractor access to the site , deployment of labors and deployment of Materials
Arrange the area of works cleared of precedent activity.
Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client as well as effectively lead the trades.
Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a daily basis.
Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site .
Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
Maintain control and responsibility for the security and operation of equipment on the job site in conjunction with site staff.
Control and monitor labour, material and equipment expenses.
Ensure all required inspections are performed.
Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
Education - ITI/ Diploma/ High school
Experience required - 5 - 10years
Foreman Structure:
Responsibilities:
A civil foreman manages workers, motivating them to complete projects on schedule.
Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
The foreman ensures that the crew complies with site rules and regulations while monitoring their work quality
Civil foremen read blueprints and construction plans, maintain equipment and manage paperwork.
Education - ITI/ Diploma/ High school
Experience required - 5 - 10 years in Masonry, Shuttering and bar bending works.
Foreman - MEP:
Responsibilities:
ITI or diploma in mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience with relevant history of installation, maintenance and repair in project sites.
Display a sound knowledge of MEP installation and civil related works.
Should have a sound knowledge of pipefitting, electrical and electronic fault diagnosis and brazing techniques as applicable to the AC ducting and refrigeration industry. Good understanding of HVAC , BMS systems and Plumbing knowledge.
The candidate should have a good level of English and GCC experience is preferred.
