Job profile:
1 Coordinating with the MD & Arranging his day to day Appointments.
2. Scheduling of periodic meetings after coordinating with the MD & informing all the concerned departments.
3. Screening calls & messages for MD.
4. Arranging Visa, Ticket & Hotel room reservations for the MD after comparing prices on several websites.
5 Preparing detailed Sales Report on a weekly basis for all Factories after reconciling data from Business Development Team & Factory personnel.
6 Co-ordinating with the HODs' and ensuring the timely submissions of the Reports.
7. Preparing & updating Master marketing database.
8. Arranging for all the requisites of Meetings and recording the minutes of the same.
9.Preparing & modifying formats of Reports as and when required.
10.Sending products samples to different countries after negotiating for the best price & service with the logistics companies & tracking the shipment.
11. Scanning of visiting cards collected from exhibitions and visits and distributing the same to the relevant Sales representative.
12.Scrutinizing of Bills (Visa, Flight Tickets, Credit card statements)
13 submitting the expense report to the Accounts Head.
14. Preparing negligence reports for the concerned units or departments and submitting the final Report to the MD.
15. Provide information on the Live Chat of the company Website and share their queries & contact details along with their requirements to the Business Development Team
