Assistant Manager - Warehouse for one of its Retail Chain Stores
Job Location : Seychelles, East African Island Country
Job Criteria :
Education : Degree / Diploma Holder
Experience : Minimum 4 years in Warehouse Operation in FMCG Retail Chain.
Preferred Industry : FMCG Retail Chains.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
- Responsible for the organizing and delegation of all activities performed in the warehouse.
- Oversee the work of dispatching and receiving team
- Needs to ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse
- Responsible for the security of the stock and warehouse
- Responsible for transferring of goods from one warehouse to another through vehicles and must have international driving license. In Case of staff absence.
- Responsible for management of space
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
- Overseeing the dispatch and receiving team
- Conduct research to improve overall warehouse operations
- Responsible for maintain reports pertaining to the warehouse
Remunerations & Benefits:
Salary Package: Nett SCR 11,440
