Plant Engineer
- Responsible for servicing and repairing plant machinery such as Blow Moulders, Generators, Labellers, Fillers, Compressors, etc.
- Conduct regular inspection of machines for up keeping & Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
- Finding faults in the machines and repair/replace the faulty parts and replace back up spare parts with parts listing per each machinery.
- Attend to plant machines breakdowns as and when needed with Technicians and monitor the downtime. Weekly report on the same and Corrective Action Plan.
- Team up with Production Manager and Quality Team to ensure there is smooth running of the operation with Down Time.
- Monitoring resources water wastage, Energy cost level and other downtime in the plants.
- Manage the Operators / Fitters & Maintenance Team and performance level of each department staffs and their KPI of each and make Daily report to Management
- Weekly & Monthly Management reporting is a MUST with scope of work plus take approval from Management.
- Update SPARE PARTS and Take Control of Tools and All Spare Part Listing for Re Ordering.
- Keep Record of all Parts Changed in FORMS and Log Book. Report to management and make new Order for Parts every 3-6 monthly.
Required Candidate profile
- Able to take up additional task as and when requested by Management for new Line Installation.
- Should be able to Design the Flow process and be able to install new Equipment
- Experience: Min 10 Years

- Operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Carry out machine changeover within the specified time limits.
- Ensure daily set targets per line are effectively met.
- Ensure quality measures are paramount during operation.
- Engage with Production, Engineering and Quality Assurance Team.
- Housekeeping, Environment, OHS compliance in accordance with company policies.
Required Candidate profile
- Must have a Trade Certificate in Fitting and machining/ Plant Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering.
- Skilled Bottling Plant Operators with Maintenance (Fitter / Technical).
- Skills in Blowing, Compressor, Labeller, Filler, Packaging Machines.
- Self- starter, highly motivated and team player with a proactive attitude
