- Implementation and Support of the ERP Application for Danube Home.
- Develop, Customize Pages and Reports in the ERP Application based on the Requirements and approval from the Manager ERP.
- Train ERP users on Existing or newly Implemented ERP Modules.
- Gather / Analyze Business requirement from Business Owners / End Users convert them into technical Specifications to Develop/Customize the ERP Applications.
- Setting up new locations / stores and roll out the ERP software.
- Prepare manuals for existing / newly implemented modules.
- Interact with business users in identifying the issues and resolving the bugs in application through internal escalation.
- Provide Live ERP support to users in order to maintain the smooth running of ERP Application.
- Help the ERP Department in performing various activities based on the need and phase of Implementation
