• Analyzing the breakdowns through RCA and reducing MTTR, increasing MTBF
• Developing and maintaining Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Weekly PM, Monthly PM, Yearly PM schedule and Lubrication schedule.
• Controlling Repair and maintenance budget by daily tracking and analyzing the breakdown spares and consumables (SAP).
• Repairing of Equipment's, Root cause analysis, Energy conservation.
• Implementing technological development to reduce maintenance cost, down time.
• Optimum utilization of Equipment's and improving operating efficiency and productivity of packaging machines.
• Keeping inventory of critical breakdown spares.

• Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments (Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentation) to increase machine up time.
• Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment's through application of trouble shooting tools.
• Executing cost saving and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
• Maintenance of case conveyor, Belt conveyor Distribution system, taping, palletizing machines.
• Maintenance of Electrical control panel and Field instrument.

Required Candidate profile

• Must be an Engineering graduate or hold an ITI Diploma in related field.
• Must be knowledgeable for machines like Blow Mold, Fillers, Labelers, ShrinkWrap, Palletizer, Robopack.
• Knowledge in Bottle Printing date coders like Domino, Videojet, Markem-Imaje inkjet & Lasetech or Water Treatment Plant RO system, ETP & STP.
• Decent personality with good communication skills.
