JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Technical Officer (Kitchen Equipment) :
A. Kitchen equipment technicians are responsible for maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, and repairing a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.
B. The kitchen equipment technician's job description entails fielding, prioritizing, and carrying out service support requests by in-person inspections and from an online work order system.
C. The kitchen equipment technician's responsibilities also include carrying out the documentation of procedures, processes, and best practices in on-plan sets and end-user manuals, or modifying what has previously been documented.
2. TECHNICIAN (ELECTRONIC) :
A. The Electronics Technician is responsible for all electronic systems and computerized controls for the facility, which include locking systems, fire alarm systems, intercom/public address system, closed circuit TV, nurse-call and other security related systems.
B. All work performed must conform to standards per the contractual agreements with the client, as well as CGL standards for quality and accuracy and all OSHA codes and regulations.
C. Preventive and corrective maintenance responsibilities; minimum 4 years maintenance experience in electronic controls and systems for commercial environments.
D. Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
3. TECHNICAL OFFICER (CIVIL) :
A. Technical officers plan and coordinate activities in fields such as construction, information technology and engineering. Although the specific duties of technical officers vary by workplace, they typically focus on ensuring that an organization's systems and facilities function efficiently. This career is suitable for professionals with superior technical abilities.
B. Diploma in relaxant filed.
4. TECHNICIAN (SWIMMING POOL) :
A Diagnoses, repairs and maintains public swimming pools, water systems, filter systems, pumps, and playground equipment.
B. Schedules, assigns, monitors, reviews and evaluates the work of assigned staff.
C. Maintain the proper chemical balance for the pool.
D. Maintains the pH and Chlorine values for good water quality.
