We are looking for an International - Medical Sales & P&L Operations Head like you for one of the positions in our UAE / Dubai office (Onshore position based in UAE).
Job Purpose:
The role envisages developing international business and increasing revenue from Key markets. Also Managing Over all operations and P&L of the assigned country & offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall revenue (International Sales) achievement as per the annual budgets for the Hospital.
- The business development activities will involve the following: Develop new partner relationships, Conduct BD activities in key markets and potential territories, Manage existing relationships with Partners, HCFs, Embassies and insurance companies, and Work closely with clinicians to plan, execute and communicate the business development activities such as International OPDs.
- Funnel marketing support to partners through on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely payments to partners by helping process their invoices and transfer of funds.
- Ensure updated competition mapping for the region.
- To ensure medical queries are replied within TAT of 24Hrs with right allocation to various departments and proper coordination between patients and doctors.
- Work in close co-ordination with Business partners to improve lead conversion.
- People Management.
- P&L owner of the hospital and responsible for the key performance metrics of the Unit.
- Work in close collaboration with Consultants, Nursing and other Clinical services to ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services.
- Review and respond to any Medical Review by state of local surveys, inspections and accreditation.
