Insulation Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
Review and monitor Project construction Painting, Insulation & PFP activities to ensure that designs comply with the relevant Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures and safeguard the technical integrity of the plant.
* Provide technical advice regarding field queries on design and construction regarding Insulation & Coating application, modifications and repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
* Preparing weekly Inspection Reports. And Quality Observation report.
* Keep Quality Field Engineer updated with discipline issues.
* Provide expertise to PMT/Contractor team to avoid/resolve quality problems.
* Respond in a timely fashion to requests for inspection for Insulation& PFP activity.
* Ensure that Quality Control work is done accordance with the Process Control Plan quality procedures and review the Inspection Reports.
- Closely reviewing and facilitating necessary authorization of QA/QC documents, Method Statement, ITP and job hazard analysis for Insulation, Painting & Coating and Fireproofing jobs.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate muse be a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, and possess below skillsets:
Thermal Insulation (Hot, Cold, Acoustic Insulation)
•Panting & Coating.
•Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Coating.
•Thermal Spray Aluminum (TSA).
•Refractory
•Online Insulation System.
•GRP Applications.
•LPG Tank (Cryogenic Insulation).
•Passive Fireproofing.

Roles and Responsibilities
Experience in preparing comparative statements, contractor enlistment, contractors finalization.
To prepare the planning schedules and progress reports.
To check and certify contractors bills.
Conversant with IS Codes and material specification.
Estimation, costing and budget reports for the project.
To check and evaluate tender documents.
Should be conversant with the various services like plumbing, electrical, firefighting etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must possess 5 - 12 years of work experience in Contractor side billing for Refinery/Oil and gas or fertilizer/petrochemical project
The candidate must be a B.E - Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical
