Junior Cleaning Manager


Cleaning Managers supervise janitorial operations in a building and coordinate cleaning staff. Common activities these professionals complete are checking if facilities are cleaned correctly, assigning tasks, investigating client complaints, ordering supplies, creating schedules, and training employees



Cleaning Team Leader


The Cleaning Team Leader leads a team of cleaners in their cleaning tasks. He /she ensures work area is cleaned by cleaners to company's standards. He/ She respond to clients' enquiries and specific requests. He/ She communicates clients' cleaning request to team


HSEQ Officer


  • Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Adhere to all company service and operating standards
  • Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers

Responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System. The QHSE Officer will be fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioral practices at all levels of the organization


Facilities Manager


Responsibilities for Facilities Manager

  • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
  • Maintain stock levels and parts within budget
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management
  • Oversee security of buildings and grounds

Qualifications for Facilities Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience


A facilities manager's duties will vary depending on the nature of the organization, but generally entail maintaining the buildings and grounds of an organization, overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects, and coordinating safety inspections. Facilities managers are in charge of a budget and must negotiate with outside vendors for supplies, repairs, and other measures.

You Don't need to have a specific degree for this position, but a background in building services and engineering, office management, or administration is preferred
