- Qualification - MBA, Marketing or similar professional qualification
- Min 15 years experience out of which at least 5 years in similar position in Flexible Packaging Industry with an organization/ s of repute.
- Candidates required from flexible laminate background.
- Should be well versed in Sales and Collection.
- Excellent Technical knowledge of various laminate substrates and their suitability in various product applications
- Should have managed and motivated a sales team of at least 10 personals in a B To B environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills are the crux of the Job.
Sales and Marketing Manager - Offset Printing and Packaging
Experience- Min 15 years experience out of which at least 5 years in similar position in Offset Printing and Packaging Industry with an organization/ s of repute.
Qualification- MBA, Marketing or similar professional qualification
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develops the sales strategy to achieve organizational sales revenue and Profit goals
- Plans the Range Selling
- Ensures collections are as per the sales value
- Increases customer base - adding new customers
- Market development ( width & depth of distribution)
- Monitors & drives sales on a regular basis
- Motivates & drives sales team for Sales target achievement - Top Line
Operations:
- Networks with and develop strong working relationships with existing and potential client base
- Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers and communicates those internally to the functions
- Confers with clients to coordinate logistics and delivery timelines and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
- Liaises with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Control expenses, maintain finished goods inventory control and monitor budgets
