  • Keep Monitoring and resolving the integration with for DH / Franchisee countries to ensures the required information is flowing to and from the DANUBE HOME ERP system to magento.
  • Develop new functionalities in liaison with seniors and implement changes related to E-commence and DANUBE HOME ERP Integration.
  • Flow testing along with E-commerce Team and bug fixing on the assigned projects.
  • Develop and Customize objects in the Navision side based on the Requirements and approval from the Department head.
  • Train users on Existing or newly Implemented DANUBE HOME ERP Modules / interfaces.
  • Gather / Analyze Business requirement from Business Owners / End Users /peers convert them into technical Specifications to Develop/Customize the DANUBE HOME ERP Applications.
  • Setting up new locations / stores / integration and roll out the DANUBE HOME ERP software.
  • Prepare manuals for existing / newly implemented modules.
  • Interact with business users in identifying the issues and resolving the bugs in application through internal escalation.
  • Provide support to users in order to maintain the smooth running of DANUBE HOME ERP Applications across all modules.
  • Help the DANUBE HOME ERP Department in performing various activities based on the need and phase of Implementation.
  • Adherence to the QHSE management system as detailed in the ISO Manual and the related work procedures and Instructions.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to you.
