Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chef who has knowledge of North Indian cuisine as well as South Indian Cuisine and may have some knowledge of Tandoor too.


  • Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff
  • Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production
  • Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order
  • Ensure that food products, presentation, and packing of food are of good quality, approve food before going to customer
  • Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications
  • Monitor holding and storage operations, stocking and food rotation, and strictly guarantee food service sanitation standards are met
  • Assure kitchen personnel is trained in best cleanliness and sanitation practices, oversee the work of the sub-ordinates
  • Should be able to monitor food everyday for corporate bulk orders

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience - MUST
  • Must have good knowledge of English (Minimum IELTS band 4.5) - MUST
  • Education: Hotel Management Diploma - MUST
  • Age: Must be below 40.
